Her expertise covers GMP compliance, quality assurance, GxP and ISO auditing, inspection readiness and the practical implementation of quality systems. With extensive international experience, particularly in China, she supports organizations in identifying compliance risks, strengthening operational quality processes and preparing for regulatory inspections. Her scientific background and cross-cultural expertise facilitate effective cooperation between European and Chinese stakeholders.

Jelena Stojanovic is Q&W’s CEO, a pharmacist and Qualified Person with more than 10 years of experience in the medicinal gases industry. Her expertise covers quality assurance, regulatory affairs, medicinal-gas quality control, batch release, quality systems, change control, deviations, CAPA, complaints and registration dossiers. Before joining Q&W, she served as QP/RP Deputy at SOS Oxygène SA, supporting medical oxygen batch release, GMP compliance, Product Quality Reviews, audits and training. As a trained GMP Lead Auditor, she advises clients on regulatory implementation, inspection readiness and sustainable quality management.

He has led medical-gas activities, implemented GMP and ISO quality systems and conducted international GxP and ISO audits. Since 2018, he has served as a Qualified Person for SOS Oxygène Switzerland. At Q&W, he supports clients in developing practical, compliant and inspection-ready solutions.
